All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for your product to arrive after processing. Please allow a total of 4-7 business days from the date of purchase for delivery.
Your product can be shipped to Canada, USA, UK, and EU.
We ship via USPS First Class Mail. All orders ship free of charge. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
